Fleet Maintenance Service Details

We know your success is dependent on keeping your trucks rolling. That’s why your vehicle receives priority attention. Getting your vehicles on the road again is our top priority.

Within two hours of your arrival, your truck is guaranteed a full diagnosis, a detailed evaluation of any repairs needed and a comprehensive estimate. Plus, for many common repairs, the diagnosis and service can be completed within the two-hour window.

Equipment reliability is essential to your business, and we’re here to help with comprehensive solutions to keep your operations running smoothly. Our customizable service plans are designed to boost your productivity and efficiency while lowering your total cost of ownership.   • We offer extended warranties on all International models. We provide a range of extended service contracts covering engine components, full chassis, and specific chassis components (such as HVAC, electrical, starter/alternator), in addition to the base warranty.
  • Extended coverage plans are available from Cummins to provide extra protection against major repair expenses for Cummins engine components. Supplier extended service contracts are also available for Eaton transmissions and Hendrickson suspensions.
  • At our discretion, will repair or replace any vehicle part that proves defective in material or workmanship under normal use and service. Repairs will be made with new or RENEWED® parts, depending on the component’s warranty coverage. Refer to the model warranty policy for more details and please contact us for further assistance.
  • All warranties included unlimited hours unless otherwise noted.

Services for International S13 models: LT, RH, HX, HV

  • Planned Maintenance: Keep your truck running at peak performance with our consistent, high-quality work using genuine OEM parts and lubricants.
  • Proactive Service Planning: Our team uses remote vehicle health and performance data to notify you of upcoming planned maintenance and service needs. We’ll work with you to schedule work in advance so the service location can be prepared for your vehicle’s arrival and get it back in service as quickly as possible, reducing downtime.
  • Service Event Orchestration: We provide resources to manage and expedite your service and repair events. Our services include reviewing repair history, ensuring calibrations are current, coordinating technical support as needed, and providing you with timely communications and service product updates.
  • Complete Vehicle Coverage: Safeguard your vehicle’s powertrain, electrical, cooling, suspension systems and other vital components with plans that offer complete parts and labor coverage, guaranteed $0 deductible and no claims maximums.
  • Towing Coverage: Limit your out-of-pocket costs to $1,100 per covered incident. This shields you from substantial expenses during roadside emergencies.
